Stepping off from an arriving merchant vessel. A hulking orc warrior steps loudly onto the platform. "Now where are these brave heroes I've been hearing about." He picks up his large bag and sets off walking to town.

Whoever told you there were heroes here told you a fib young fella. Mostly ordinary folk and criminals trying to be ordinary folk.

You should go speak politely at the pavilion you need a writ of citizenship if you don't want to fair game for murder banditry and all other forms of skullduggery
