Phys Rep - Rolin Smith - 08-14-2014 Any thoughts on a phys rep for a blacksmith hammer, for repairing armour? Not sure what to bring for that. RE: Phys Rep - Vali Fenrick - 08-14-2014 You could bring two pillars and use them as your tools and touch up peoples chain mail or just make a non-cored little hammer. RE: Phys Rep - Rolin Smith - 08-14-2014 Ok what I'm bringing is a wooden hammer, I'm also bringing foam and tape should I need to modify. RE: Phys Rep - Donovan - 08-15-2014 All I did for my character with blacksmithing was take about a 4.5" piece of CPVC (weapon core) and stick a rectangular block of open cell foam on one end. Brown duct tape on the shaft and standard duct tape on the foam block. Other people do all manner of things, like carrying a round a small pair of pliers. RE: Phys Rep - Rolin Smith - 08-19-2014 For the weekend I used that wooden hammer without modification, and it seemed to be generally accepted. Let's just say I didn't hear any complaints in my smithing duties during battle.
RE: Phys Rep - MM/NPL Dustin - 08-19-2014 As long as you tap on someone's armor, people don't really mind what your hammer is made of. |
