*Doyly sits by a fire all alone. He has put a pot of beans, potatoes, and sausages into the burning coals so that they may cook. Doyly is dug into a book with the title "READING FOR BEGINNERS". He looks over his shoulders a few times with a embarrassed look before saying
"T... The qu... qui... k... The quick brrr... brow... brown... f... fooo... fok... No that's not right... foooq... fozk... no that's not right either... Dagnabbit..."

*Uther walking around notices Doyly. He approaches the gargylen*
Hail, Doyly. Is everything alright?

*Doyly almost hops out of his chair in surprise of uther's arrival. He quickly throws the book into his bag as quickly as he could.
"Uther! Oh h... Hello good sir! Is everything alright?! Everything is fine! Why... Why do you ask?! I'm just cooking up some food!"
*A large and completely different smile than Doyly's usual honest smile, along with worried eyes and a bead of sweat runs down his face.

Is this book giving you a hard time? You sound like it keeps changing it's words on you.

*Doyly seems to get uncomfortable at the amount of people now taking an interest in him and his book.
"Hello Ellewen. And no Uther, the words are not changing on me. However it is the words themselves giving me a problem... I am... I am trying to learn to read... I picked up this book a little while back and I have been trying to read it for some time now. My father once told me the sounds of the letters so I've been working off what I can remember to form the words. It hasn't been going to well I must say..."
