Yellow Band/No thrust on Latex Weapons - MM/NPL Dustin - 05-09-2014

According to this post on the Jericho forums, there will be a rule implemented where a yellow band will be added to a latex weapon if it is prohibited from thrusting. If this rule is implemented in Ralinwood, I had a concern. Since I carry my sword in a full leather scabbard, neither of which I would like to ruin the functionality or aesthetic of by applying tape to my weapon, would the owner of the weapon in question be able to choose where the tape is applied? Because there is literally not enough room in my scabbard to add even the slightest layer of tape to my sword. Thanks!

We don't yellow tape weapons anymore. That was done when thrusting wasn't allowed with latex. This year we're allowing thrusting with latex as a trial so there's no need for it.
