Spears, yes, but only 2. Shields would actually be better - ours are getting very old. Just 1 or 2 round shields would be fine. I'll add that to the list as well.
We're good on packets for now I think - we got a LOT last event. If you've made them already feel free to bring them anyways. I'll be removing this from the list as well.

I know your drawstring bags and we have a few we've gotten, which are great. But we're looking specifically for large satchels with shoulder straps.
