HOW LONG UNTIL YOU ARREST SOMEONE THAT YOU AREN'T EXPLICITLY TOLD TO BY A NOBLE
I FEEL LIKE THE ABILITY TO FREELY DO THAT FOR A PERIOD OF TIME OF FOR EXAMPLE FOUR HOURS AND PERFORM MUNDANE HOLDING TASKS IS A REQUIREMENT FOR ANY FORCE THAT WISHES TO.
I HAVE USED BIG LETTERS THIS TIME IN THE HOPES OF BEING CLEAR

There was only one person involved and in my eyes he is a thief and a defamer. How foolish he is, for he would have received the catalyst either way, for my original customer was intending to buy it for him. Note: He no longer wishes to and I wish to just have my property back.
I have the utmost faith in Riven, Juniper, the Regent and my Chief in the matter.

Never! Jake shale contine to have to waste paper till he finds out the legal process in which he can claim things are his if they are in the possession of someone else!what proff is needed and what processes should Jake be required to take. So that things arnt just takeing by wardens under claimes that it previously belonged exclusively to a friend of there and that no other exactly product of the same kind could exist!

This case is officially closed.
The item in question has been returned to Pawp!.
Despite Jannika having lost a similar catalyst almost a year ago, there is no evidence to suggest that Pawp! did not recover the vial from the Mist Marauder as she claims to have. In fact, sources were able to confirm that she was present during the time that she said she was. Furthermore, though the item is certainly unique, there is no way to definitively prove that it belonged to Jannika in the first place. Thus, the catalyst remains a looted treasure, and is rightfully Pawp!'s.
