A few more chortles escape him before he makes motions for something to be written and rambles slightly.
"Well if ya got tha mind ta be scribblin' the words then I gots an easy rundown fer what'll do tha job. It be a bit much but if ya want dis problem dealt with outroight then it gonna take a load. Ya get me all ya can of each bit I tells ya and I'll be making a 'splosion ta remember. Any extra ya get me I'll be considerin' payment fer tha job. Whenever ya ready I'll spit the ingredients I be needin'."

"Alroight matey, gonna need me....at least 30 pounds o' black powder, about 20 feet worth of thin fuse line, 2 jugs a kerosene, a few small barrels, a bag of heavy-duty lugnuts, and a bellow.....That aoughta be enough ta make a roight good 'splosion fer this. Ya got tha all?"
He looks to his hand as he recollects all he listed off making sure he was correct with a smidge of confusion on his face.

He nods as his hand whips across the page noting each ingredient. "So 30 pounds black powder, 20ft thin fuse line, 2 kerosene jugs, small barrels, bag of heavy duty lugnuts and a bellow" he recounts "I'm gonna be honest, not sure how to go about getting half these things, let alone the quantity but...I'll figure it out" he looks at the parchment with determined eyes. His grip begins to crinkle the note.
