Pretty cut an dry as far as i've heard, no writ on im, throttles a soldier while e's about is lawful duty. if we were back home he'd be dancin a gallows jig for sure.

A Kael man eh? you're in bad company round here friend i'd watch myself were i you. and the other feller is fine, royally pissed and being duly ribbed in the garrison but none the worse for wear besides a bit of bruising.
