*A hooded Ras approaches town center from the docks. He looks around trying to spot Lilith. If she cannot be see, he asks around for her*

Kyrem, looking very tired with dark, black circles under his eyes approaches. He seems irritable, but tries to be friendly, "What are you looking for, kinsman?"

"She's asleep. Some demon has taken her mind hostage, along with Drakkon, Roland and a few others. I've been awake for... I don't know how long... a while. Guarding her." Kyrem rubs his eyes with his thumb and forefinger.

He shakes his head, "I appreciate it Ras, but right now this is something I want to do myself." Kyrem clears his throat, "I want to prove to myself I can protect somebody. Until I do that, I can't forgive myself for letting what happened to my wife happen." He unintentionally channels into a clenched fist, sparks falling from between his knuckles. Once he takes notice, he takes a few deep breaths to calm himself.

You wont protect anyone exausted. Your military training should have taught you that. What happens if you pass out in exaustion? Then no one is protecting her because you turned me away.

Kyrem sighs, "Can you watch her for... twenty minutes so I can eat and bathe myself?" He drums his fingers on his bastard sword's pommel, "I've been able to catch sleep next to her for short periods but I can't eat or bathe while watching her. I'll be gone for half a bell at most."
