I need to rest all of Luna's skills, how do I do it?

I don't believe you are eligible. You have played Luna at more than one game, and I don't believe she is your first UW character. Email logistics to verify this, but we only allow new players (ie: players who have only ever played one UW game ever) to remort their skills. After your first ever UW game you have to live with the skills you choose, or pay a large frag cost to remort your skills.

But like I said, email logistics and they can tell you more.

if you have not been to your second game yet you are entitled to a skill reset if however you have attended two or more events your characters skills are locked barring the purchase of a skill or partial remort with frags or extraordinary in game circumstances.

if you have yet to attend your second game and wish to remort you will need to contact prelog, brian i believe is still the wizard in question.
