Prim stutters. "N-no no. I mean, I don't think you can keep someone in intensive care with one hand and preform a major surgery with the other. That sounds... impossible, at best. Unless you meant something else? In that case, I'm sorry for misunderstanding."
Melody blinks. "You can do what now?" She looks really confused.
"Have you ever successfully done that? Because that just doesn't seem possible to me.. I mean checking a patients vitals while working on another patient is difficult enough." She eyes him, "Unless you really did make a deal with a demon I don't see how you can physically do those two procedures at once. I am a Master Physician and can do two surgeries on a patient within short amount of time, but surgeries and intensive care are too difficult to do both at one time, maybe with a couple nurses helping on the intensive care you could transfer that patient off to them, then do the surgery, then go back to doing intensive care, but how would you do both at once, you can't reset a limb and keep someone alive with just one hand." She's clearly distraught over the idea and is rambling with worry and concern.
(I think you need to double check with the rulebook, at level nine you cannot do intensive care on one person and a surgery on the other
Physician 9: Specialist

Prim pats Melody's shoulder as she starts rambling. "Um... It's okay Melody. It's okay."
"I can't even use a club in either hand, only in the one, trying to do a very detailed and concentrated tasks with my off hand would.." She continues to ramble doctor babble for a little while.
Prim frowns and looks down at her tea.
"Hey Melody can you hold onto this?" she asks, and holds the cup towards her.
When the cup of tea is set in Melody's hands she kind of snaps back to herself. "Hm? Tea? Tea for me?" She asks Prim.
"Uh, sure. Yes. Tea for you."
Melody relaxes and takes a sip of her tea. She turns back to Kare, "I'm sorry, I was just a little overwhelmed by the thought." She takes a drink. "Have you been learning medical practices from anyone? Or is this knowledge self-taught?"
She blinks, "I mean that with sincerity. Not to be a bitch or anything. I'm just curious if you have different medical methods in this town then what I'm used to."
((I might have mis-understood the skill then, when is says 'while performing any other skill' i thought it meant anything else other then Intensive care, so i keep some from dieing and then can turn to another and work on another using anything else other then Intensive care))
"Easy lass easy...it was only in theory that I could haven't actually tried it out....but now that ye explain it better I think that ye be right...although I know I can check others while doin' intensive care single handed while checkin' on others with another if that much makes sense...sorry lass with not many doctors in Ralinwood that I know can perform intensive care its hard to compare" -Kare rubs the back of his head-
